Can you ask customers for reviews over text?
Yes. A text with a direct link is easy for customers to act on from their phone — no searching required. Keep the ask short and the link one tap away.
Should you offer discounts in exchange for reviews?
No. Most review platforms prohibit incentivizing reviews with discounts or gifts, and it can get your reviews removed or your account flagged.
