How long should a missed-call text be?
Under 160 characters keeps it to a single SMS segment, which is cheaper and cleaner. Most good missed-call texts are 100–140 characters.
Should I use my business name or my personal name in the text?
Both. First name + business name ("Mike from Peak Roofing") reads as human while still identifying the company.
What if the homeowner already left a voicemail?
