Should job confirmations come from the business or the owner personally?
From the owner personally, or at least signed with the owner's name. "Mike from Peak Roofing" lands better than "Peak Roofing Scheduling System."
Is it better to call or text to confirm an appointment?
Text for the confirmation, with the option to call if they prefer. Most homeowners appreciate a text they can reference later over a call they have to remember.
