Zeb arrived with Phase 3B scope pre-shaped. Oriented from files. Moved straight to design phase.

Loop architecture discussion

Zeb surfaced the observation: sessions with external AI prep run cleaner than sessions without. Session history confirmed. Strike and Anvil captured before build.

Mode A (brief received) / Mode B (no brief) fork. Self-generation steps removed from default path. Strikes + Anvils written to forge-journal.
