    Scrub pass per Zeb's brief

    Fixed Phase 3A HTML: Ignition references, deferral-ledger name, insight text. Fixed phase2b HTML: PDF filenames generalized. Fixed build-log page.tsx stat label.

    Build verification

    Deleted .next/, ran tsc --noEmit (zero source errors), ran npm run build (clean, 15 routes).

  3. 20m

    CTA smoke check + git

    Verified all 7 CTA targets. Staged and committed. Working tree clean.

  4. Done

    Deployed + pushed

    vercel --prod live. git push origin master: 11 commits synced.
