Website Phase 3A: Clarity + Conversion Cleanup

Fixed the plumbing before adding chrome. Ledger out of public, status labels on every product, naming consistent, About page has proof again.

    Ran full ignition arc. Produced Phase 3 website planning output from audit results.

    Phase 3A-0: public hygiene

    Found deferral-ledger.json in /public — traced to build-trends.mjs writing it there intentionally. Moved to scripts/. Scrubbed 5 HTML files with residual vocabulary.

  3. 60m

    Phase 3A: buyer-facing changes

    Naming consistency (ForgeHome→Hearth in brochure). Status labels on all 4 product pages + homepage cards. Build Log explainer. About page What We've Built section.

    Deployed to forgekits.build

    Both commits deployed. Live at forgekits.build.
