    Read Zeb's Phase 2A approval and Phase 2B brief. Survey build-log page.tsx and 9 flagged HTML files.

  2. 30m

    build-log page.tsx rewritten

    Removed 26 OS/methodology session cards. Kept all product sessions. Cleaned vocabulary in kept cards.

  3. 60m

    9 HTML files scrubbed

    Fixed every flagged vocabulary hit across forge-v1, forge-v2, disposition-loop, notebook, ui-polish, deploy-journal-fix, known-mission, leashline-ux, ip-posture.

    Dead code deleted + boundary verified

    10 OS guide implementation files deleted. Deployment boundary confirmed: docs/internal is outside forgekit-website/ root.

    PDFs pulled

    All 3 PDFs moved to internal archive, Published Work card removed from About page. Zero dead links.

  • build-log page.tsx: cleaned vocabulary in 3 kept cards (website-ip-posture, known-mission, demo-access-signup-gate)

  • 9 HTML files: replaced all ignition.md, PROJECT_INDEX, HOW_TO_WORK_WITH_ZEB, Strike, Anvil, .claude/rules references with public-safe language

  • forge-disposition-loop.html: removed ignition.md §KNOWN TRAPS reference from next-items

  • forge-v1.html: removed .claude/rules/ and HOW_TO_WORK_WITH_ZEB.md from What Shipped list

  • app/journal/os-guide/: deleted OSGuideClient.tsx, data.ts, and 8 section files — only clean page.tsx placeholder remains
