MedinaCHF Case Study, Cost Corrections, and ForgeKit's Vision and Purpose
Built a full MedinaCHF case-study funnel with real, verified numbers after two wrong figures were caught by Zeb, then used the same session to reconcile ForgeKit's commercial and participatory identities into one CLAUDE.md north star.
