Timeline
Start
Zeb brought the mountain
The mission is to cure dementia. Personal. Clear. Undeniable.
Hour 1
Strike: ForgeKit was always a context-recovery engine
Dementia made the stakes undeniable. The engine didn't change. The purpose came into focus.
Hour 2
Strike: Flyback for a place. This product is Flyback for a person.
The parallel landed. Same emotional register. Same act of recovery. Different subject.
Hour 3
Known named and grounded
The name, the mythology line, the product system, the ethics boundaries — all captured.
Done
Known has a home in the repo
docs/known/ with six founding documents. PROJECT_INDEX.md and focus.md updated. Session closed.
