CLAUDE.md — accurate now: real packages vs planned, single source of truth for repo map

Session JSON schema (_SCHEMA.md) — reuse{} and learning[] fields with promotion pipeline: proposed/applied/deferred/rejected

Drift detector in build-trends.mjs — reads learning[] across all sessions, flags unresolved proposed items, computes reuse rate

npm run retro — one command: build:session → build:trends → vercel --prod

npm run deploy:* — all four apps deployable from monorepo root

npm run db:fresh — push + seed in one command across forge, leashline, forgehome
