  • forgekit-os/scripts/check-raw-insert-missing-id.mjs (npm run gate:raw-insert-id) — discovers $defaultFn UUID-PK tables from real schema.ts files, flags raw INSERTs missing the id column

  • forgekit-os/scripts/check-checkout-freshness.mjs (npm run checkout:freshness) — fetch + ahead/behind/diverged report, proven against 4 real disposable git-repo states

  • crucible:architect:full -- < prompt-file — the exact fixed single-persona full-depth review command, rejecting empty/'-'/'--' input locally with zero model calls

  • 7 new test files / 34 new test cases total, all using real disposable fixtures (scratch git repos, scratch schema.ts + script files) rather than mocks
